Book of The Month Rich Dad Poor Dad

Hi Jeremy here,

Today I wanted to introduce you to my book of the month “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki. It's a modern classic and has sold over 32 million copies in more than 51 languages across more than 109 countries. It's been on the New York Times bestsellers list for over six years.

The book is a set of parables based on Kiyosaki's life. The "rich dad" in the title is his friend Mike’s father who accumulated wealth due to entrepreneurship and savvy investing, while the "poor dad" is  Kiyosaki's own father who has worked hard all his life but never obtained financial security.

I loved this book as it opened my eyes to the world of finance and the idea of what really is a credit and a debit, and the difference between having a job and receiving passive income. It has helped give me and my family a measure of security I could never have experienced otherwise.

I believe that you will enjoy this book; not only is it a great read with some wonderful and amusing anecdotes from Robert Kiyosaki’s past, but it is also a book that will open your eyes to the wider world of money.

With Christmas and all its expenses firmly on the horizon, this book will help you to plan a budget for your family to pay off your debts and even maybe put aside some money to invest for a securer future.
